What should I do if I experience severe swelling in my feet and hands during pregnancy?

I’m in my second trimester and have noticed a lot of swelling in my feet and hands. It’s starting to feel uncomfortable. Is this something I should be concerned about, or is it just a normal pregnancy symptom?
